The Alchemical Wedding: A Contemporary Esoteric Path
The Alchemical Wedding of Christian Rosencreutz is a valuable text for those seeking a contemporary western path of initiation science. The search for eternal truths takes place today in an increasingly technical and polarized world. This text provides a rare opportunity to see into the very roots of the paradox. The alchemical principles that stand behind many of the arcane symbols will focus the study. Symbolic maps and images will be collaged as a means to illuminate the concepts.
Artistic exploration in painting with Pamela Whitman will deepen the morning’s work and evening dialogue sessions will center on mirroring the themes in one’s own biography.
Please bring a glue stick, a spiral sketchbook (9×12 approx.) and four or five picture magazines such as National Geographic as source material for collage.
