The Black Madonna and Anthroposophia: Uniting Consciousness and Compassion

A COROS MEDITATIVE RETREAT WITH DENNIS KLOCEK

March 30 – Palm Sunday, April 1, 2007
Walker Creek Ranch, Petaluma, CA (Directions)

REGISTRATION IS CLOSED

Coros Institute will host a meditation retreat led by Dennis Klocek, director of Consciousness Studies at Rudolf Steiner College. This retreat will offer simple practices for a more effective and hope-filled daily life.

Steps in this transformative process:

  • Trust in the spirit — building a capacity for conscious unknowing.
  • Inner forgetting — deconstructing fixed ideas.
  • Overcoming anxiety and blaming others — entering the realm of the Black Madonna.
  • Using symbols in the journaling process — creating a working space between the activity of the Black Madonna and the being of Anthroposophia.
  • Transforming a seeker of higher beings into a co-worker with higher beings—entering the realm of imaginative consciousness.
  • Awakening consciously in another person without losing your self— dialoging processes for new social community.

Join us in this beautiful setting and learn how individual daily practice can create a rich soil for new social community

The Walker Creek Ranch on 1700 acres of rolling hills is one hour north of San Francisco. The Ranch is rich in history as well as beauty and serenity. The retreat will begin with Friday evening dinner and end with Lunch on Sunday. (Check-in Friday after 2 pm and checkout Sunday 3 pm.)
